*                      - ORF should not check PROHIBIT AUTH    *
*                        flag on HALDB master record           *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
****************************************************************
When the PROHIBIT AUTH flag on the HALDB master record in DBRC
has been turned on accidentally, ORF job continues to fail with
the following error even though none of the HALDB partitions
are in the PROHIBIT AUTH state:
  HRF01099E DBD dbname has prohibit authorization

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This APAR modifies the program so that it would not check the
PROHIBIT AUTH flag on the HALDB master record because the flag
on the HALDB master record does not mean anything.
