  Configuration Instructions:
  
  Open the Administration Console portal of CA, then go to
  Configuration tab and under Dispatcher and Services, select
  query service. Click the edit beside Advanced Settings then
  select Override the settings acquired from the parent entry.
  Enter qsCheckSuppressQueryHintForTMR for parameter and true for
  value if you want enable it. False or delete this entry if you
  would like to disable it.
