Error description

• User clicks "Maintain - Period locking - Change-Period locking".
  User selects any period, and locks (or unlocks) one of the
  companies in the list.
  User clicks 'Save' (to save changes). An error appears.
  
  Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when
  the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery
  is used as an expression
  
  Difference between this and  APAR PH12550 is that the problem
  can be reproduced when multiple users lock\unlock companies and
  multiple values are put into sactrlinfo at the same time.
  Need to refactor the tracking in audit trail for period locking
