Error description

  • Changing to certain chart types for visualizations in a
    workspace works as intended while others do not change at all.
    Workaround: switch to one that work first then to the desired.

Problem conclusion

  • Cognos Workspace is a legacy component which is being
    deprecated.  We will not providing a code fix for this issue
