Error description

• All EGL REST services expect a request body in JSON format and
  return a response body in JSON format
  
  Although the request is expected to have Content-Type with the
  value: application/json, it's observed the response from all EGL
  REST services has Content-Type with the value: text/plain
  instead of application/json.
