EXTGLORD Resource Table View with CICS TS Version 5.5 does not show any information for Global User Exit in CICS TS Version 5.5 regions. Resource name: EXTGLORD View name: EYUSTARTEXTGLORD.TABULAR This problem does not affect CICS TS V5.4 (or earlier) regions.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: CICSPlex SM V5R5M0 users. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When browsing the EXTGLORD resource * * table, no data is returned for MAS * * regions running CICSPlex SM V5R5M0. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF which resolves * * PH19239, all CICS TS V5.5 regions * * connecting to CICSPlex SM should be * * restarted to activate the fix. * **************************************************************** A request is made to CICSPlex SM to return records in the EXTGLORD base table. This can be accessed through the CICSPlex SM WUI server through the following menu: CICS operations -> CICS region operations view -> Global User Exits The request is broadcast to all MAS regions in the current context and scope. Any CICS TS V5.5 regions will not return results. Earlier CICS releases will return results as expected. This occurs due to a logic error. The V5.5 CICS regions will issue an invalid EXEC CICS INQUIRE EXITPROGRAM request. This completes with an INVREQ response (EXIT_NOT_FOUND).
