PH19182: U88 ABEND WHEN LARGE AMOUNT OF LOG RECORDS BEING PROCESSED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Possible U88 or S0C4 (in ALASBDF or ALASBDB load modules) abend
  may
  occur due to memory purge in some cases, when processing large
  number
  of log records with maximum log record size with the parallelism
  option greater than 1.
  

Local fix

• Rerun the JOB with the "LOG READ PARALLELISM MAXIMUM" option set
   to 1.
