PH18719: NOICREQ OPTION IS LOST AFTER REORGANIZING NON-RECOVERABLE INDEX

Error description

• When ORF reorganizes an index that is NONRECOV and NOICREQ, ORF
  temporarily changes the index to RECOVERABL for capturing log
  records, then restores it to NONRECOV by using CHANGE.DB NORECOV
  command without NOICREQ option, which causes the NOICREQ option
  to be lost from the index.

Problem conclusion

• The program has been modified so that ORF restores an index that
  is NONRECOV and NOICREQ from RECOVERABL to NONRECOV by using
  CHANGE.DB NORECOV command with NOICREQ option.
