Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Enterprise COBOL V6.3 who wish to   *
  *                 use the LP(64) option when compiling         *
  *                 programs containing data items defined with  *
  *                 the "PICTURE U" clause (i.e., UTF-8 data     *
  *                 items).                                      *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:  Currently, the following compiler      *
  *                      message is generated:                   *
  *                      IGYDS2316-S   The "PICTURE U" clause    *
  *                      is not supported when the LP(64)        *
  *                      option is in effect.  Remove this       *
  *                      clause or recompile with LP(32).        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The Enterprise COBOL compiler did not support compiling programs
  with the LP(64) option when the program contained data items
  defined with the "PICTURE U" clause.
