APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• APAR PH03715 was found to be in error when some new
  Duplicate Elimination parameters  are not set.  This error
  resulted in exhausting the negative SQLCODEs storage pool for
  the remainder of the collection interval

• Add the Duplicates Elimination parameters below to the CQMPARMS
  file

  APAR PH03715 / PTF UI65330 code works incorrectly in cases when
  only old parameters MAX_SQLCODE_DETAIL and MAX_SQLCODES supplied
  in the CQMPARMS. That causes processed SQLCD Detail records kept
  in storage until either interval completion or SQLCD pool
  depletion.
