  dbid has gone negative which you can prove by running this query
  SELECT DBID, HEX(DBID) AS DBIDX, NAME
    FROM SYSIBM.SYSDATABASE
    WHERE DBID < 0
    ORDER BY DBID
  
  This also effects Object Analysis such that on screen ZOJAS
  tablespaces and indexspaces will report as 0. On screen ZOJA1
  TYPE will report as UNDT - undetermined

  *                      Object Analysis - ZOJAS shows the       *
  *                      number of allocated objects, but zero   *
  *                      For both number of tablespaces and      *
  *                      number of indexes.                      *
  *                      ZOJA2 shows UNDT for object type.       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  DBID/OBID resolution was incorrectly processing the negative
  DBID, resulting in an ABEND in one case, and INCORROUTS in the
  other cases.
  

Problem conclusion

• DBID/OBID resolution logic corrected to accept negative DBIDs
  without ABENDING or failing to resolve names.
