Error description

• A BIRT report, developed in RSA 9.5.x, that outlines a textual
  sequence flow from a model to a .pdf no longer prints the
  sequence flow in later versions (9.6.1 and 9.7) of RSA.
  The changed behavior has been identified to be
  org.eclipse.birt.report.engine migrated from version 4.4.2 to
  4.6.

Problem conclusion

• Migration of org.eclipse.birt.report.engine from version 4.4.2
