• QSAM OPEN under LP(64) may trigger IEC130I message incorrectly
  for AMODE 64

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message IEC130I may be issued during    *
  *                      the processing of COBOL OPEN statement  *
  *                      when the file is QSAM.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  There was an error in message processing for the COBOL OPEN
  statement, causing message IEC130I to be issued when there was
  no error in the QSAM file OPEN operation. The OPEN statement
  was actually successful.
