PH17015: OBJECT COMPARE DOES DROP/CREATE TABLE WITH LOB EVEN THOUGH NO CHANGES

Error description

• An Object Compare (DDL to Catalog) at tablespace/table level,
  where table has a LOB column and implicit LOB tablespace, and
  where there are no changes to the table except for DBNAME and
  CREATOR, but where MASKS and IGNORES are used, may result in
  the drop and recreate of the table, even though the compare
  should have completed with no changes found.

  Comparing tables with implicit LOB tablespaces where the mask is
  specified for DBNAME and ignore is specified for DBNAME and
  TSNAME results in a drop/create of the table when there should
  be no change. With the interference of the mask and the ignore,
  Compare was using the incorrect set of names for the compare,
  which resulted in a change resolved by a drop/create.
