  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      support new DB2 v12 features and other  *
  *                      fixes as follows:                       *
  *                      - Superfast unclustered insert          *
  *                      - Load Resume Yes Backout               *
  *                      - Dynamic plan stability                *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides enhancements and fixes to support new Db2 12
  features and customer requirements.
  
  Changes made are as follows:
  1) Superfast unclustered insert is supported as follows:
     - The INSERT ALGORITHM clause is supported in CREATE and
       ALTER TABLEPACE statements and all operations involving
       these statements.
  
  2) LOAD RESUME YES BACKOUT is supported as follows:
      - BACKOUT YES is supported for RESUME YES and SHRLEVEL NONE.
        DISCARDS must have a value that is greater than 0.
        The default is BACKOUT NO.
  
  3) Dynamic plan stability is supported as follows:
     New EXPLAIN navigation helps you:
     - Evaluate the cached dynamic statements that are likely
       to be captured and stabilized,
     - Manage the capture and stabilized statements,
     - Run EXPLAIN against a stabilized statement,
     - Show Db2 catalog objects associated with the stabilized
       statements.
