Error description
Client raised an issue where - when scrolling through the list in order to select a source for a report, the browser will glitch when it reaches the end and tries to load the rest of the folders/packages. Reproduced in an 11.1.1 environment, noticed in 11.1.3 as well. Export/import deployment will reproduce in 11.1.3. This is only reproducible IF an environment has a lot of folders/packages to scroll through. My particular setup has about 128 items to scroll through. When scrolling through the list, it will reach a midway point where Cognos would need to load the remaining items, it is during this time that a glitch occurs. Occurs in both IE and Google Chrome. Attached video showing this issue.
