APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Create a new profile and execute addNode, SERVER_LOG_ROOT
  variable is NOT set on the node agent as default.
  If SERVER_LOG_ROOT variable is NOT set, verbosegc.*.log is NOT
  generated, but GC logs are witten on native_stderr.log.
  

Local fix

• set SERVER_LOG_ROOT manually.

Temporary fix

• Manually add the "SERVER_LOG_ROOT" entry in the node agent's
