  Query Monitor uses the DSNHDECP exit. CQM#SSMN module checks
  whether the given module DSNHDECP is available via Db2
  structures. That time the address of DSNHDECP was in Db2
  structures but there was no module under that address.
  

Problem conclusion

• Query Monitor algorithm was changed to process correctly the
  situation when Db2 provides the address of DSNHDECP but that
  address is unavailable.
