PH15434: With COBOL v6.2 DFHCOMMAREA redefine fails IGYDS1066-S due to Db2 coprocessor inserted definitions

Error description

• In a CICS and SQL coprocessor scenario like
  
      LINKAGE SECTION.
      01 COMMAREA REDEFINES DFHCOMMAREA.
      ...
  
  the SQL coprocessor inserts definitions after a CICS coprocessor
  generated DFHCOMMAREA definition and before the REDEFINES,
  leading to the diagnostic
  
      IGYDS1066-S "REDEFINES" object "DFHCOMMAREA" was not the
          immediately preceding level-1 data item. The
          "REDEFINES" clause was discarded.
  

Local fix

• Provide an explicit DFHCOMMAREA definition rather than a
  redefine.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the IBM provided PTF.                  *

  The compiler was inadvertently inserting some Db2 declarations
  after the DFHCOMMAREA declaration, but before the customer
  REDEFINES.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was changed to no longer insert Db2 declarations
  after the DFHCOMMAREA declaration.
