Error description

  • HALDB Analyzer can get ABENDS0C4 while processing a block or CI
containing a bitmap in PHDAM overflow area if the number of RAP
is greater than or equal to 2 and some segments are in the RAP
area of the block or CI.

Local fix

  • The issue could be avoided by reorganizing the database.

    ****************************************************************
HALDB Analyzer can get ABENDS0C4 while processing a block or CI
containning a bitmap in PHDAM overflow area if the number of RAP
is greater than or equal to 2 and some segments are in the RAP
area of the block or CI.
HALDB Analyzer processes each segment incorrectly on the above
    condition and this causes ABENDS0C4.

Problem conclusion

  • The program has been modified so that HALDB Analyzer processes
each segment in the RAP area of the bitmap block or CI
    correctly.
