Problem conclusion
The WASPostUpgrade document processor for the coregroup.xml file is looking for the NetworkDeployment version of the coregroup.xml template when doing a selective migration. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.5.1 and 8.5.5.17.
