PH14834: DIRECTORY ADMINISTRATOR UNABLE TO DELETE USERS AFTER IMPORTING THEM TO OPENID NAMESPACE

Error description

• Directory Administrator user after importing users with csv file
  to OpenID namespace, is unable to manually delete them.
  Only after logging in as System Administrator the user can then
  delete the users that were imported.
