PH14645: CSQX076I DOESN'T DISPLAY STATACLS QMGR ATTRIBUTE CORRECTLY

APAR status

Error description

• Message CSQX076I doesn't display STATACLS qmgr attribute
  correctly when STATACLS is set as OFF.
  .
  The output of DISPLAY QMGR command is STATACLS(OFF),
  however CSQX076I displays STATACLS=QMGR.
  .

  .                                              ^^^^
  MONACLS also has same issue.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the channel initiator starts, and  *
  *                      either "STATACLS" or "MONACLS" have     *
  *                      been set to OFF, the output on the      *
  *                      joblog for CSQX076I displays the        *
  *                      incorrect value of QMGR.                *
  ****************************************************************
  The problem occurs as the condition logic that sets the value
  to be displayed for "STATACLS" & "MONALCS" pointed to an
  incorrect variable when those attributes were set to OFF. It did
  not affect the real value of these attributes, only the
  displayed output in the channel initiator joblogs.
  

Problem conclusion

• The incorrect variable the condition logic pointed to when
  printing channel initiator attributes has been corrected.
