Error description

• SMF 116 records have an incorrect values in the 4 high order
  bytes of the 8 bytes long wtasmstc field (Time spent IXLLSTM
  call).

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: SMF 116 records contain invalid data    *
  *                      for wtasmstc and wtassstc for CICS and  *
  *                      chinit connections accessing shared     *
  *                      queues.                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  An error in fast deallocation processing causes the interval
  end time to be stored at the wrong offset in the WTAS control
  block for cics and chinit connections.
  This causes the last 4 bytes of wtassstc and the first 4 bytes
  of wtasmstc to be overlaid.
  
  In addition, when locating messages by groupid, the time spent
  in IXLLSTM is calculated incorrectly, also leading to invalid
  values in wtasmstc.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQEFGMS is changed to correctly calculate the time spent in the
  IXLLSTM call when locating the first message in a complete
  message group.
  CSQ7ADAL is changed to store the interval end time at the
  correct offset in the WTAS.
