• Since the additional tracing for the CSQISLOG call would be
  beneficial for debugging, this APAR is used to make the change

  CSQISLOG entry trace does not show the page number of the page
  being allocated or de-allocated, instead the page number of the
  spacemap page is shown.
  

Problem conclusion

• An additional 4 byte data field is added to the CSQISLOG entry
  trace to show the page number of the page being allocated or
  de-allocated for both persistent and non-persistent requests.
  For all other requests the new data field is zero. The new data
  field is added as the last entry.
