Error description

• HALOAD may fail with HLOU5715E or SQLCODE -501 in module
  HLOSUSQA+00004C78 due to insufficient CLOB host variable
  size (TD_CLOB 1M) in module HLOSUSQA.
  Additionally, logic will be added to catch the error on
  OPEN CURSOR instead of the FETCH.
