  DDEFPDS2 DD statement, which specifies a data set containing
  the IDCAMS commands for deleting and defining a shadow
  database data set.

  This APAR enables the Smart Reorg utility to support the
  DDEFPDS2 DD statement to specify a partitioned data set that
  contains the IDCAMS commands for deletion and allocation of
  each shadow data set. If SPACEALLOC=YES is specified, the
  IDCAMS commands are performed.
  - The name of each PDS member must be the same as the DD name
    of the original data set.
  - The shadow data sets can have any desired names. It is not
    necessarily the original name plus a suffix.
  
  The IDCAMS commands for each shadow data set are as follows:
   DELETE (shadow.database.dataset.name)
   SET MAXCC=0
   DEFINE CLUSTER(NAME(shadow.database.dataset.name)...)
   or ALLOCATE DSNAME('shadow.database.dataset.name') ...
  
  To use the new function, the following maintenance is also
  required:
  -APAR PH14570 of IMS Index Builder V3.1 (FMID=H22O310)
  
  This APAR fixes an issue:
   When UNLOADONLY=YES and STARTDB=YES are specified, the IMS
   /START DB command is not issued.
