• Abend S0C4 if try to connect a DWC 9.5 to a server 9.3

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND S0C4 in IWS for z/OS DWC Server   *
  *                      when connecting a 930 Controller to a   *
  *                      950 DWC.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  In case the connection with DWC is not established, the
  initialization fails and the S0C4 in the IWSz Server occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• In this specific case, when the DWC connection is not
  established, the YCOM init block is not initialized,
  and the abend occurs when attempting to free the block
  which pointer was not set. A check has been added.
