PH12997: REPORT VERSION SHOULD NOT BE SAVED WHEN CM-REQ-4268 ERROR OCCURRED

• Closed as Permanent restriction.

Error description

• Customer run and saved report in background and sometimes it
  failed with CM-REQ-4268 The multipart request is invalid. The
  posted content length of xxx exceeds the limit of xxxxx.
  Even though CM-REQ-4268 occurred, a report version was saved.
  If user clicks a report, it shows a blank screen.
  When CM-REQ-4268 occurred, it should NOT save a version to avoid
  showing invalid report.
