Error description

• After selecting option 3 ("DB2 Performance Queries") from the
  Admin Tool main menu, selecting option 3 ("Indexes with
  clustering level problems") from panel ADB23, and finally
  executing line command 'O'("reorg") against an index on this
  panel, the following error may occur:
