  • HPSR3619E DD NOT FOUND FOR DATA SET GROUP appears after applying
    PH11116.
    Reorganization Expert issues HPSR3619E when REORGINPUT=ULDS,
    PARTITION=(partname,n), IC=YES, and ICTYPE=A are specified for
    the (REORG) step.

    *                      message HPSR3619E "DD NOT FOUND FOR     *
    *                      DATA SET GROUP" and ends abnormally.    *
    *                      This happens when                       *
    *                      PARTITION=(partname,n), IC=YES, and     *
    *                      ICTYPE=A are specified in the (REORG)   *
    *                      block of the HPSIN data set.            *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
    ****************************************************************
    After applying APAR PH11116, IMS Database Reorganization Expert
    issues message HPSR3619E "DD NOT FOUND FOR DATA SET GROUP" and
    ends abnormally.  This happens when PARTITION=(partname,n),
    IC=YES, and ICTYPE=A are specified in the (REORG) block of the
    HPSIN data set.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This APAR fixes the PE caused by APAR PH11116 so that the job
    does not end abnormally with message HPSR3619E.
