APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • SDSF collects data at startup for the NetID and SSCP fields.  If
the areas are not yet set or are not yet available, the data may
be all zeros.  The fields will be empty on the SYS display as
the data will not be recollected.

Local fix

  • If possible, stop and restart SDSF on the LPAR affected.

    SDSF gathers data at server startup for the NetID and SSCP
fields on the SYS panel.  If the server starts prior to the
fields being initialized by the system, the columns will be
blank.

Problem conclusion

  • Module HSF#SYS has been updated to re-gather the NetID and
SSCP fields if they were not available during server startup.
