Error description

• IGYDI5125-U   The compilation was terminated due to a compiler
  error in phase id:  "IGYCDIAG"
  

Local fix

• compiling at OPT(0) or turning off NUMCHECK(BIN), or by running
  the program with NUMCHECK(BIN,MSG) turned on and fixing the
  invalid data.

  The compiler was generating NUMCHECK(BIN) messages where the
  message text, containing the name of the data item and line and
  statement number on which the invalid data was detected,
  exceeded an internal limit on the length for message text.
  

Problem conclusion

• The NUMCHECK(BIN) message text was shortened so that the final
  text of a message would fit within the compiler's internal
  limit.
