Error description

• Currently, Setup can only configure IMS Administration Tool
  LOADLIB as a single data set. This APAR enables to separate the
  library into two, one for the product SMP/E target library and
  the other for the customized load module members.

  IMS Tools Setup supports multiple load library function of
  IMS Administration Tool V1.1. With this enhancement, you can
  separate Administration Tools SMP/E load library from
  customization library, which includes ATY#OPTS and ATYSTFWD
  option members.
  
  - IMS Tools Setup ISPF interface newly allocates syshlq.SYSLOAD
    library. The qualifier syshlq is specified in "SYSTEM-WIDE
    DATA SET ALLOCATION PARAMETERS FOR GLOBAL CUSTOMIZATION"
    panel. The SYSLOAD library is defined in sysplex wide scope
    and shared by IMS Tools DB sharing groups.
  - If a data set with the same name already exists, Setup does
    not allocate a new SYSLOAD library but just reuse it.
  - Setup stores ATY#OPTS and ATYSTFWD option members to SYSLOAD
    data set instead of hlq.CUSTLOAD data set.
  
  - The following JCLs, which are generated by Setup in CUSTJCL
    library has been changed:
    o CUSTJCL(#A7ATY3@, #A7ATY4@, #C6IMS1@)
       Changes Instruction and samples
    o CUSTJCL(#A7ATY3)
       The member is deleted. Customizing member ATY#OPTS and
       ATYSTFWD are no longer copied from CUSTLOAD data set to
       combined IMS Tools load library.
    o CUSTJCL(#A1APF1, #A1APF2@)
       Instruction is added to register SYSLOAD data set as an
       APF authorized library.
    o CUSTJCL(#A7ATY1)
       Creates ATY#OPTS member in syshlq.SYSLOAD data set
       instead of hlq.CUSTLOAD data set.
    o CUSTJCL(#A7ATY2)
       Creates ATYSTFWD member in syshlq.SYSLOAD data set
       instead of hlq.CUSTLOAD data set.
    o CUSTJCL(#A7ATY4@)
       SYSLOAD data set is concatenated to STEPLIB for
       Administration Tool program.
    o CUSTJCL(#B8ATYV1)
       Registers global variable SYSLOAD to ITKB repository so
       that IMS Administration Tool can refer the library dsname.
