  IMS HALDB Toolkit supports the z/OS data set encryption for
  the following data sets:
  - VSAM database data sets
  - RECON data sets
  - Image copy data sets
  - Unload data sets
  - Batch log data sets
  
  This APAR enhances IMS HALDB Toolkit to support encrypted VSAM
  database data sets and encrypted image copy data sets.
  A new parameter KEYLABEL has been added for batch CONVERT,
  MAINTAIN and COPYDBRC functions to specify the encryption key
  label.
  
  The PTFs for the following APARs are required to use the new
  functions:
  - PH02740 IMS High Performance Load V2.1(FMID=H1IM210),
    unless RELOAD.HPIO(NO) is specified in IHCSYSIN for CONVERT
    and MAINTAIN functions.
  - PH12098 IMS High Performance Image Copy V4.2
    (FMID=H1J0420), unless HPIO=NO is specified in the site
    default table of IMS High Performance Image Copy.
  - PH11473 IMS Online Reorganization Facility V1R1
    (FMID: HHRF110), if ONLINE(Y) is specified in IHCSYSIN for
    CONVERT and MAINTAIN functions.
