Error description

• Customer is concerned that messages for the JAVA exit may have
  the trusted flag set, they want the decision about who to trust
  to be made in the IMS Connect server.
  This enhancement to the IP Address Rule processing allows the
  trusted flag in incoming messages to be cleared as well a set.
