  This APAR enables FF Database Sensor to support encrypted VSAM
  ESDS database data sets.
  You need to apply the PTF for this APAR when any of the
  following conditions are met:
  - You run stand-alone FF Database Sensor jobs with HPIO=YES
  - You run conditional reorganization jobs of IMS Database
    Reorganization Expert with DBS_HPIO=YES

• Each utility of IMS Database Reorganization Expert V4.1 supports
  the z/OS data set encryption for the following data sets:
  > VSAM database data sets
  > RECON data sets
  > Unload data sets
  For that, the PTFs for the following APARs are required:
  -APAR PH00816 of IMS High Performance Unload V1.2(FMID=H1IN120)
  -APAR PH02740 of IMS High Performance Load V2.1(FMID=H1IM210)
  -APAR PH12098 of IMS High Image Copy V4.2(FMID=H1J0420)
  
  For the Smart Reorg utility, if the SPACEALLOC=YES control
  statement is specified, a key label must be specified in the SMS
  data class that is used for defining VSAM database data sets.
  The data class with the key label is used for defining shadow
  data sets.
