• S0C9-9 abend in CQM$ACTA, or incorrect values for 'Log Bytes'
  field, may be encountered while viewing Current SQL Activity
  screen.

  Incorrect logic may have caused abend 0C9 while viewing data
  on "Summary SQL Activity" or "Current SQL Activity" panels.
  Also, for Db2 v11 and above panel "Miscellaneous Statistics"
  from Statistics showed value for "Log Bytes Written" field
  about two times larger then the same field on
  "Display Exceptions" panel if the SQL had three-part names.
  

Problem conclusion

• Logic was corrected to fix the problems with processing
  "Log Bytes Written" field which caused 0C9 abend and incorrect
  displaying on "Miscellaneous Statistics" panel.
