    PERFORM statement, and PfmSv_* cell(s) are created for each
    PERFORM statement.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: NEW FUNCTION: For debugging purpose,    *
    *                      users need to see the number of         *
    *                      PERFORM save cells (PfmSv_cells) and    *
    *                      Variable name cells (VN_Cells) of       *
    *                      PERFORM statements in the CEEDUMP       *
    *                      along with their addresses when a       *
    *                      program is run with LE options          *
    *                      TER(DUMP) or TER(UADUMP).               *

    * RECOMMENDATION: Applythe provided PTF.                       *

    NEW FUNCTION: Two new entries has been added to the Base Locator
    Table in Enterprise COBOL V6.2 and later releases: PfmSv_Cells
    and VN_Cells via APAR PH09338. The addresses of PfmSv_Cells and
    VN_Cells are now discoverable through the base locator table
    instead of parsing the listing. The number of PfmSv_Cells and
    VN_Cells and their addresses are now printed in the CEEDUMP
    when run with LE options TER(DUMP) or TER(UADUMP).
