Error description

• When the prelinker is used in the build process long symbol
  names are modified and the original symbols do not appear in
  subsequent link edit listings.

  1. When the prelinker is used in the build process long symbol
        names are modified and the original symbols do not appear
        in subsequent link edit listings.
  2. Message CEX5130W may be issued incorrectly if the port is
        defined in IMS Config member as follows: PORT=(ID=<port>)
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Change the build process to replace prelinker built objects
        with objects built with the binder.2
  2. Correct the ICON_CONTROL logic to accept all valid OTMA
        ports.
