Configuration Instructions: Advanced Server Property 'RSVP.EXCEL_ROWS_PER_PAGE_FOR_TABLE_INSIDE_LIST' needs to be set to true for the fix to work. To set Advanced Server Property: -go to Cognos Administration console -click on Configuration tab -choose Dispatchers and Services from left hand side menu -on the top right hand side, look for the red X icon called 'Delete' -to the right of the red X icon there is an icon called 'Set properties - Configuration' - click on this. this brings up page titled 'Set properties - Configuration' -click on Settings tab -click on Edit next to Environment - Advanced settings -add Advanced Server Property here -restart BIBusTKServerMain.exe process or dispatcher as per usual
