APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CAE Agent IP address does not updated correctly by CAE Server
  when IP is changed.  The may cause message CQMC0414E FAILED
  TO SET UP ENVIRONMENT FOR ssid WITH RETURN CODE 16.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: "QM Subsystem not Defined" error when   *
  *                      CAE Agent IP Address is changed         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF                                *

  If CAE Agent IP address is updated dynamically (DVIPA)
  CAE server doesn't refresh its cache. As a result error like
  "QM Subsystem not Defined" may appear.
  

Problem conclusion

• Cache of connected CAE Agents refreshed every time an "old"
  Agent is connected with the new IP Address.
  CAE Agent IP address is not anymore a part of an alert unique
  identifier. It means that the same alert before the fix and
  after the fix will be treated as different objects.
