PH09426: POSSIBLE U=78 ABEND WHEN USING EXPERT OPTIONS IN LOG BACKWARD MODE WITH PARTITION DATASETS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When needing to override the default behavior of Log Analysis
  Tool by using expert options, it is possible to receive
  a U=78 ABEND if using Log Backwards from an Image Copy with
  a partitioned tablespace.
  

Local fix

• This ZAP will allow the product to get around the U=78 ABEND
  until the APAR is available.
