Error description

• 1). The provided JCLIN for the ECSA cleanup utility CEXAPIMN
  includes only a single mod FUNEXEC. Since it does not include
  any IMS Connect Extensions modules the LMOD is never built.
  2). Routing rules assigned to the current plan may be
  superseded by an unassigned rule. This will occur if the
  unassigned rule follows the plan assigned rule when the rules
  are sorted by member name.
