Error description

• Current help text for the "Specifies the compatibility level
  for SQL(VUM036/APPLCOMP)" parmlib parameter is insufficient. A
  begter explanation and an example are necessary.
  Replace
  Specifies the compatibility level behavior for SQL. This
  parameter is ignored by HPU for DB2 version prior to V11 NFM
  
  by
  
  Specifies the package compatibility level behavior for dynamic
  SQL, applicable for Db2 version V11 NFM and later. APPLCOMPAT is
  a character string used to set the CURRENT APPLICATION
  COMPATIBILY special register, e.g. V10R1. There is no default
  value. When not specified the CURRENT APPLICATION COMPATIBILY
  inherits from the Db2 subsystem settings.
