Error description

• Data in the IMS x'9904' record may be compressed, if the
  expansion of the data is not complete there may be residual data
  in the expansion buffer which is incorrectly displayed by the KM
  in the formatted display.

Problem conclusion

• Before calling the CSRCESRV SERVICE=EXPAND function, reset
  the buffer area intended to contain the expanded to
  contain the expanded results to zeroes.
