APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When using the driver within Apache Tomcat, and specifically,
with org.apache.tomcat.jdbc.pool.PooledConnection in the mix,
a DvClosedResourceException ("DvStatement is closed") can
sometimes be thrown by the driver when a query to DV is
attempted using MRC.
The problem does not arise if MRC is removed
(from the JDBC connection properties).
