Error description
If security is enabled and stopargs are provided, the keyword "-stopargs" is built twice in the command. There is a syntax error trying to execute the command with "-stopargs" present twice.

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix
Cut and paste the command provided in the output of WASServiceHelper and adjust the syntax to remove the last "-stopargs" command. Issue the command manually based upon the modified the output.
