Error description

• Compare generates DROP TABLE instead of ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN.
  Compare should be able to do this without DROP because it
  starts with changing the tablespace to a UTS tablespace.

  A Compare changing a non-UTS tablespace to a UTS tabelspace and
  then dropping a column in the table of the UTS tablespace does
  a DROP/CREATE of the table. But since the tablespace was
  changed to a UTS, ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN can be used instead
  of a DROP/CREATE of the table.
