Error description

• Abend 5C6-00E20044 occurs in CSQMLPLM.CSQMOPNI when opening an
  AMS protected queue following the deletion of an AMS protected
  queue that was previously in use.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If an AMS protected queue is deleted,   *
  *                      then subsequent opens of new AMS        *
  *                      protected queues can give 5C6-00E20044  *
  *                      and 0C4 abends including 0C4-0000003B   *
  *                      and 0C4-00000038.                       *

  When an AMS protected queue is deleted, there is some faulty
  logic during the storage release stage which leads to the
  associated storage pool being corrupted. Subsequent opens of new
  AMS protected queues, or any open of an AMS protected queue
  after a policy refresh, will cause storage to be obtained from
  this storage pool resulting in an abend. The exact abend code
  depends on the specific nature of the storage corruption.
  

Problem conclusion

• The queue deletion logic has been fixed to release the storage
  correctly.
